Cancellation Policy

We keep it simple: cancel free of charge until 24 hours before your scheduled pickup, and you receive a full automatic refund to your original payment method.

How to cancel

Open the booking link from your confirmation email and press “Cancel booking”. The refund is issued immediately; your bank may take 5–10 business days to display it.

Within 24 hours of pickup

Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable, because your vehicle and driver are already reserved. If your plans changed due to a flight cancellation or similar, contact us — we will always try to reschedule you first.

If we cancel

In the unlikely case we cannot provide your transfer, you receive a full refund regardless of timing, plus our help arranging an alternative.
